Mijodrag Ratkovic Memorial FIDE Rated Rapid Tournament

On February 20th 2026, Ratković family organized the first international FIDE-rated tournament, as a sign of memory of Mijodrag Ratković, father of Milovan, Miloje and Petar Ratković.
Main Arbiter was IA Zoran Stanimirovic.
141 competitors participated in the tournament. The first place was shared by Ivanović Marko and GM Pikula Dejan, but due to additional criteria, the first place went to Ivanović Marko.
The participants competed for a prize fund of 180,000 dinars (about 1550 euros).
The tournament was attended by as many as 36 players with international titles from 11 countries, 10 of whom were grandmasters. First 5 boards had live broadcast.
We are glad that the tournament was held in a fair and sporting competition, just as Mijodrag would have wanted.
